Chilli Blend
Bring the taste of Mexico to your kitchen with our 'hot' chilli blend. This simple yet powerful blend works equally well with beef, chicken or vegetarian and bean dishes. Balancing the earthy flavour of cumin seeds with the smokiness of paprika, a hint of herby sweetness from oregano and the sharpness of garlic this blend can be added to a chilli con carne, enchiladas, tacos, burritos or tosdados.
Our hot heat blend contains about 15% chilli powder with a rating of between 30,000 and 40,000 SHU (Scoville Heat Units) whilst uur mild heat blend contains about 9% Cayenne Pepper with a rating of between 11,000 and 16,000 SHU (Scoville Heat Units).
Our zero heat blend does not compromise on flavour and allows you to experience the rich, deep flavours of a traditional Tex-Mex cuisine without the burn ... or, you can add the amount of chilli and pepper to suit you.
