Refunds & Returns

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, if you change your mind about a product you have ordered you are entitled to a refund of the cost of the goods. The refund amount will not include the cost of shipping the product to you and will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the product by us provided that the the following conditions are met:

• You inform us within 14 working days from the day of delivery that you have changed your mind.

• The goods are sealed in their original packaging.

• The goods are returned to us at your own expense within 14 days of you informing us of your change of mind.

• The returned goods do not arrive with us damaged due to a shipping parcel inappropriate for the product contained therein.

You will be entitled to a refund of the cost of your product if the product is delivered with breached packaging (not including the shipping parcel). The refund amount, including the cost of shipping the product to you, will be processed within 30 days provided that the the following conditions are met:

• You inform us in writing, either by email or by post, within 14 days of delivery.

• You provide us with photographs which clearly show the breached packaging.

• You provide us with the batch number of the product.
