Garam Masala - North Indian
Our North Indian garam masala balances the earthy warmth of coriander and cumin with subtle layers of cardamom, cloves, bay and the sweetness of cinnamon. The result is a complex, aromatic seasoning that will enhance many recipes.
Traditionally garam masala is used as a finishing spice and added towards the end of the cooking process in many North Indian recipes such as curries, dals and sabzis. Garam masala also works very well to flavour marinades and, with the addition of a little salt, dry rubs.
All the ingredients are freshly ground in small batches to ensure that the garam masala arrives with you bursting with flavour and aroma.
