Fajita Blend
Bring the taste of Texas to your kitchen with our fajita 'hot' blend. This blend has the warm and earthy tones of freshly ground cumin seeds mixed perfectly with the sharp and tangy notes garlic and onion and balanced by the sweetness of paprika and oregano.
Create a traditional Tex-Mex flavour by adding to fajitas, tacos or enchiladas. This blend works particularly well with ground beef or chicken.
Our hot heat blend contains about 15% chilli powder with a rating of between 30,000 and 40,000 SHU (Scoville Heat Units) whilst our mild heat blend contains about 9% Cayenne Pepper with a rating of between 11,000 and 16,000 SHU (Scoville Heat Units).
Our zero heat blend does not compromise on flavour and allows you to experience the rich, deep flavours of a traditional Tex-Mex cuisine without the burn ... or, you can add the amount of chilli and pepper to suit you.
