Cajun Spices

Bring the taste of the deep south to your kitchen with our 'hot' heat Cajun Spices. The dominant flavours of garlic and paprika are complimented by the herbacious floral tones of thyme and basil with a touch of sweetness added by freshly ground cassia to a beautifully rounded blend. With the addition of some salt this blend makes an excellent rub for seafood, fish or chicken.

Our hot heat blend contains about 7% chilli powder with a rating of between 30,000 and 40,000 SHU (Scoville Heat Units) and about 12% freshly ground white and black peppercorns for that added instant hit of "hotness".
