Moisture will significantly shorten the life of dried herbs and spices whilst air and, often overlooked, light will quickly degrade the colour and flavour. Our pouches are re-sealable and provide a high barrier against all these elements to ensure the fullest possible flavour for a long time. For some products that's four years or more.

Convenient to use
With a good wide opening you can easily measure out the right amount of herbs or spice with something as large as a tablespoon - even on our smallest pouch.

Environment friendly
Our pouches are recycleable and by using pouches to either refill existing spice jars or using straight from the pouch you are saving on the environmental impact of new jars and plastic lids every time you want a couple of recipes worth of flavour.

The long life that our pouches bring to herbs and spices means you can save money by buying in quantities equivalent of many spice jars full and be sure that, even if it takes you a while to use them, they will remain full of flavour.

Our blends contain no additives. There are no preservatives, flavour enhancers or anti-caking agents just precisely blended herbs and spices.

Spiciness and heat to suit you
Many of our blends come in three varieties of spiciness, hot, mild and zero heat. Our hot blends really pack a punch whilst our medium blends provide a more subtle experience ... and, if you do not like chilli heat at all but still want to experience all the flavour then try our zero heat blends. Zero blends are also good if you want to tailor the heat to suit you.
